Oversea Procurement Manager (Trading) ประจำโรงงานสินสาคร

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Report to: MD Subordinate: Procurement Supervisor, Procurement Officer (Total 3 people) Key Responsibilities: - Manage all oversea procurement activities and coordinate with related departments to ensure that company get the best benefits (price, terms and condition) - Research potential suppliers, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers, handle price negotiations and delivery planning to meet user requirements - Conduct and supervise inquiries and sourcing for alternative/new suppliers for cost effectiveness purpose - Monitor shipment with suppliers, brokers and shipping agents according to confirmed delivery date, delivery status, custom clearance purpose and update to concerned departments - Cooperate with concerned departments regarding material returns, reject and complaint - Providing solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing - Work closely with internal department such as Sales and Customer Service, Business Development, Production, Warehouse, Transport, Finance and Account to ensure the smooth execution of the daily operation - Update and prepare report as required by Management - Other related procurement works as assignments

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai nationality, age 35 years old up - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field - Minimum 8 – 10 years of working experience in oversea procurement field - Good communications and strong negotiation skills - Good command both written and oral in English (TOEIC 600) - Good Command both written and oral in Chinese is a PLUS (HSK5-HSK6) - Computer literacy in MS office - Very positive attitude, work very well under high pressure/dead line - Great team player, very service mind and high responsibility - Strong Analytical Thinking, leadership skills and good relationship management - Knowledge in ISO9001, FSC, PEFC would be an advantage

การเดินทางเพิ่มเติม : โรงงานตั้งอยู่ในนิคมสินสาคร - เดินทางด้วยรถประจำทาง (สาย 68,105, 140) ลงป้ายพันท้ายนรสิงห์หรือป้ายตลาดลีลา จากนั้ นนั่ งรถต่อมอเตอร์ไซต์รับจ้าง - เดินทางด้วยรถสองแถวสีเหลือง สายนิคมสินสาคร ขึ้นจากบริเวณโลตัสพระราม 2 ลงหน้าวัดบ้านไร่เจริญผลและต่อมอเตอร์ไซต์รับจ้าง - รถตู้จากอนุเสาวรีย์ชัยฯ สายมหาชัย ลงตลาดลีลาต่อมอเตอร์ไซค์รับจ้าง - เดินทางด้วยรถยนต์ ใช้ถนนพระรามที่ 2 ขาออก เลี้ ยวเข้าซอยศาลพันท้ายนรสิงห์ จากนั้ นขับตรงมา (ประมาณ 3 กม.) ผ่านวัดบ้าน ไร่เจริญผล จากนั้นเลี้ยวขวาและขับมาตามทาง (ประมาณ 2 กม.) จะผ่านวัดโคกขาม ผ่านปั้มน้ามันคาลเท็กซ์ ประมาณ 50 เมตร จะถึงนิคมอุตสาหกรรมสินสาคร - เมื่อเข้ามาในนิคมฯ เลี้ ยวซ้ายทางออกแรกของวงเวียน จากนั้ นเมื่ อเจอแยกให้เลี้ ยวซ้ายเข้าซอย S2/1 บริษัทฯตั้งอยู่ทางขวามือ
