System Analyst / Sr. System Analyst (Government Services) ประจำสีลม

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Design new IT solutions, modify or adapt existing systems and integrate new features or improvements. - Create the following documentation such as Requirements documents, Feasibility studies, Design specifications, Flowcharts and diagrams, ER Diagram, Data dictionary, Training documents, Testing documents, User manual, Deployment Document, Development plan or etc. - Analyze system requirements, examine existing IT system and business models. - Implement, configuration, test feasible solutions, and support users. - Specify and shape the system requirements and operations, the user interface and output and present the proposal to the stakeholders - Work closely with the client team, IT Support and Helpdesk including manager, software development team during both the report and implementation phase. - Investigates customer ‘s business needs and problems, using extensive process experience - Preparation and to support during SIT/ UAT and Production including handling incidents on production.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai nationality, 25- 40 years old - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - At least 3 - 5 years of experience in system analyst role. - Strong background in SQL programming and PL/SQL. - Good knowledge of UML, requirements gathering and analysis. - Good knowledge of system integration including data migration. - Good knowledge of RDBMS, Database Design, Data Modeling and .Net is preferable. - Ability to participate and share knowledge for business process re-engineering, Process control review and design. - Have experience in Cloud Computing will be an advantage. - Strong experience in database-driven Web applications. - Problem solver and Strong analytical. - Handling multiple tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic environment. - Self-motivated and quickly absorb.
