หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Report to: GM Subordinate: Marcom, VDO Creator, Graphic & Content, Product marketing, Digital marketing (8 persons) Job Purposes: Develop marketing roadmap, establish positioning, identify target audiences and competitors, set up creative marketing strategies and plans Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead marketing strategies and manage all marketing aspects • Create and manage marketing mix (4Ps) • Plan and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, (Online, Off-line) including campaigns, promotions, contents, advertisements and other related fields • Estimate, manage and control budget to optimize maximum ROI to meet sales target and targeted customers • Tracks and evaluates the performance of respective products, provides recommendations and works with team to set objectives for respective growth • Report marketing activities progress and analyst key marketing metrics with quantitative data regularly • Build brand value to gain competitive advantage and market share • Follow up marketing movement, situation, new opportunities and new trends • Build CRM programs to create brand loyalty • Develop the Brand’s CRM calendar and campaigns

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai nationality, any gender (Male/Female/LGBT), age 35-45 years - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field. - 7-10 years’ experience in related field and 3-5 years of team management. - Have experience in beauty and health products - Good communication skill - Data-driven marketing mind with creativity - Digital marketing skill (concept and analytical skill)
