หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Report to: GM Subordinate: - Job Purposes Develop and manage 4Ps plan: product positioning, pricing strategy, distribution channels and promotion Roles & Responsibilities: • Develop product strategy to drive value proposition complied to brand positioning • Manage product portfolio • Analyze profit capability of each product • Lead and manage the product development process to ensure that the product is successfully launched • Responsible for developing and evolving the knowledge of the new product offering • Provide information and present the product to the target audience (internal and external) • Work with Marketing Communication Team to ensure that the products are fully communicated on the right concept and to the right audience. • Work with all distribution channels for the product strategy: product positioning, selling points, competitors, strategy on each distribution channels • Work with agencies to translate the product concept to the right targeted audience and guide idea for marketing activities • Forecast product demand follows marketing plan and provide demand planning to operation team • Gather and analyze market intelligence to optimize product and market opportunities • Own market intelligence process, including market dynamics, market shares, customer insights and competitor information, enabling market evaluation and decision making.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai nationality, any gender (Male/Female/LGBT), age 35-45 years - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field. - 7-10 years’ experience in related field - Must have experience in beauty and health products - Good communication skill
