E-Commerce Manager (Positif)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Report to: GM Subordinate: E-Commerce Specialist (1 person) Work location: Silom Normal workday: Monday-Friday, 8.30 - 17.30 Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and execute E-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth - Full responsibility of E-commerce, Social Commerce and online marketing for all online channels (Facebook, Line@, Website, IG, Shopee, Lazada, Trade partner’s platform, etc.) - Lead in campaign planning and target setting in all online channels, plan demand and investment for all online campaigns - Initiate online marketing strategy to drive better traffic, and sales conversion to meet objective and KPI target - Monitoring sales performance, ads performance and traffic analytic all platforms and the effectiveness of marketing strategies - Oversee of E-Commerce operations to ensure a high service and delivery quality to end-users - Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing communication, graphic designer, content team, customer service team, warehouse, etc.) or 3rd party service partners to ensure deliverables in timely manner - Monthly analysis of overall sales revenue and recommend actions to improve the business - Seek opportunity to grow in other online channels - Work with digital agency to plan and develop strategies, media plan and budgeting to comply with E-Commerce sales target - Manage end-to-end processes of all PAID-OWNED-EARNED Media

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai nationality, any gender - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field - 5+ years’ experience in E-commerce business - At least 2 years’ experience in manager’s level or team leader - At least 2 years’ experience in cooperate with Shopee/ Lazada/ JD Central etc.
