R&D Manager (Flexible Packaging) ประจำโรงงานสินสาคร

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Report to: R&D Director Subordinate: R&D Officer (2 people) Key Responsibilities: - Lead key projects with R&D to support business goals - Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products - Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured products - Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers - Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations team - Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment - Monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring meeting of goals - Document all phases of research and development - Establish and maintain testing procedures for assessing raw materials, in-process and finished products - Collaborate with other business unit to developing the new product - Assess the scope of research projects and ensure they are on time and within budget

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai nationality - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Material Science, Material Technology, Polymer, Chemical or a related field - 10 years of working experience in flexible packaging industry and proven experience in relevant roles - Essential skills: leadership, managerial, problem solving, creativity, communication, multitasking, time management, attention to details - Strong sense of creativity aids in the process of thinking of new product ideas and solving problems creatively - Business acumen - Ability to communicate well with customers, colleagues, and lower-level staff - Having knowledge of ISO9001, GMP, HACCP, BRC will be an advantage
