หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Report to: People and Organization Development Manager Subordinate: HR Officer (1 people) Recruitment Professional: - Sourcing potential candidates and perform recruitment activities to identify & understanding requirements from business unit - Develop and execute recruitment special projects to support the employer branding/sourcing tools/talent pipelines Learning and Development: - Conducting new employee on-boarding program and employee relations counseling Create and contribute to culture communications using a variety of HROD tools and/or digital online channel such as Line, Facebook, LinkedIn etc. - Leading employee communication initiatives that translate corporate values in the context and enhance employee engagement Others: - Understand the business operations and support operational efforts through proper staffing from both a strategic and tactical perspective - Perform any other ad-hoc HROD duties & projects delegated from management

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai nationality, any gender, 30 – 40 years old - Bachelor’s degree in human resource or a related area of study or equivalent experience - Minimum 5 years of working experience in HROD, HR generalist role and/or the full spectrum of human resource functions - Team player and excellent communications skills - Good command both written and oral in English - Digital and/or Google tools for people analytics Computer literacy in MS office - Strong leadership, down to earth and work under pressure, highly motivated individual with positive energy
