E-commerce Store Operator is a vital supporting role in the company’s commercial success who gets to explore the fundamentals of e-commerce operation, understanding all the key operations and working closely with The Account Manager. In this role, you’ll be able to operate and optimize all the necessary e-commerce tools and analysis, whether it’s setting up brand pricing promotion to accumulating data, and generating reports for team and brand partners.

What you’ll do:
- Preparing joint business plans and driving weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reviews of performance against targets
- Coordinating cross-functionally with brands and sales and marketing teams to deliver the right solution and results.
- Planning promotional campaigns and coordinating execution with brand partners
- Conducting regular analysis on sales, traffic, conversion, and customer funnel. Generate insight to guide promotional and marketing input.
- Day-to-day operations on executing graphic briefs, store set-ups, cutting & uploading banners, and campaign submissions to platforms
- Create reports and provide necessary insights to internal and external teams.
- Participate or lead in ad-hoc projects across functions.

More qualification

- Thai nationality, Open for any gender
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields
- New graduates are welcome.
- Any previous work experience in relevant Sales and Marketing, E-commerce Managers, or Key Account Manager is a bonus.
- Good attention to detail
- Passion for the e-commerce landscape and familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok
- Quick learner who’s able to perform under pressure.
Good command of English, both read and written.
