• As an integral part of our team, the HR Recruiter plays a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent, ensuring we have the right people to drive the success of Ripples Commerce. By crafting compelling job descriptions, conducting thorough screening interviews, and collaborating closely with hiring managers, the HR Recruiter ensures that we bring on board individuals who not only possess the necessary skills but also align with our company's culture and values.
• Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified candidates for open positions
• Job Posting and Description Crafting: Create compelling job postings and detailed job descriptions to accurately represent the roles and responsibilities of each position within Ripples Commerce
• Phone Screening: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in the company, providing detailed feedback to the hiring managers
• Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with working team to understand their staffing needs, providing guidance and expertise in the recruitment process
• Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process by facilitating paperwork, orientations, and ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into their roles

More qualification

• Thai nationality, Age between 23-26 years old, Open for any gender
• Previous experience at least 1 year in HR or recruitment, demonstrating a solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated capability to assess candidate suitability, evaluate hiring needs, and develop creative solutions to recruitment challenges
• Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus and may be advantageous for global recruitment efforts
• Comfortable using Google Workspace software and Microsoft Office suite for efficient documentation, communication, and organization in recruitment efforts
• Having past work experience in online or e-commerce industry is a plus
