หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Accounting and report • Compliant with Accounting Standards, all related regulation rules such as the Revenue Department, accounting policies, procedures, and controls, as well as company strategy and goal • Reviewing accuracy and completeness of accounting entries (review the Payment Vouchers and Journal Vouchers considering the appropriateness of supporting documents and the correctness of tax and coding) • Ensure responsibility for the timely filing of corporate tax returns and compliance with the local regulations of the Revenue Department. This includes performing tax computations and handling tax-related matters. (VAT, Withholding Tax, and Corporate Income Tax). • Fixed assets control • Inventory and cost of goods sold: Prepare journal entries and reconcile inventory balances as part of the month-end close. • Work closely with the Business Development Team to understand new business and study the impact of tax and VAT on each business mode. • Accuracy of financial statements

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor of Accounting. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor. Experience in retail business or e-commerce service will be an advantage. - Knowledge of the full accounting process (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, etc.). - Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in terms of collections and accounts payable and tax. - Collaborate with other departments to record accounting transactions correctly and in a timely manner. - Cash flow forecast coordinator. - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. - Creative with initiative in implementing and improving processes. - Excellent interpersonal skills, a good listener who thrives in a collaborative environment.
