Senior Accounting Officer (Accounts Receivable)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop robust AR processes: institute clear credit‐control procedures, ageing targets and escalation paths
• Supervise month‐end AR close: reconciliations, cash‐application review and intercompany billing where applicable
• Interface directly with key customers for dispute resolution and negotiate payment plans as needed
• Mentor Junior AR Officer to enhance collection efficiency and reduce DSO
• Collaborate with Finance Supervisor on cash‐flow forecasting inputs

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 7+ years’ AR experience, ideally with exposure to rapid‐growth firms
• Proven ability to establish and enforce credit‐control policies and KPI targets
• Expert user of ERP billing modules and reporting tools (Dynamics AX experience preferred)
• Strong negotiation and relationship‐management skills
• Graduate from a reputable university with a respectable GPA (if not, please explain in cover letter / application)
