หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Recruitment Coordination
• - Post job ads, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
• - Support recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process.
• 2. Onboarding & Offboarding
• - Prepare onboarding documents and help new hires feel welcome from Day 1.
• - Collect and manage employee documents and handle offboarding formalities when needed.
• 3. HR Operations
• - Maintain employee records and update databases accurately.
• - Assist in handling HR documentation, contracts, and benefit enrollments.
• 4. Employee Engagement
• - Support internal communications, engagement activities, and Pulse Surveys.
• - Help plan small events, gifts, or moments that boost employee morale.
• 5. Support HR Projects
• - Assist the HR Manager in performance management, data collection, and policy updates.
• - Help implement and track HR initiatives that improve employee experience.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 3-5 years of experience in HR, admin, or recruitment support
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and great at communication.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English (reading/writing/speaking).
• A proactive mindset with a love for supporting people and growing teams.
