Recruitment Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. The Recruitment Officer will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the right one. • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board • Screen resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements and phone interviews them • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process • Research new ways of using the internet for recruitment • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates • Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition • Perform other special projects as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai nationality, 24-28 years - Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related fields - At least 2 years of working experience as a recruiter - Skills required: recruiting, sourcing, screening, phone interviewing, IT and social media Skills - Effective communications and interpersonal skills - Professional appearance and demeanor - Attention to detail
