Business Development Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job description - Initiate the projects and plan for the business development strategies including lead team - Build the relationship with clients and expand the business growth of organization - Work collaboratively with other departments and Executive Management of organization - Ensure operational excellence through input into business management as well as manage marketing budget, P&L responsibility for all projects. - Prepare and analyze market research data - Provide feasibility study on new project - Involve and co-ordinate with marketing team during design process to achieve feasibility study - Be up to date residential design and trend - ศึกษาข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์เพื่อสรรหาช่องทางลงทุน หาช่องทางโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ในต่างประเทศ - ประเมินโอกาสและความเสี่ยงที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นของช่องทางการลงทุน รวมทั้งเปรียบเทียบแนวทางการลงทุนแต่ละประเภท - วางแผนงานและตารางการดำเนินงานโครงการ เพื่อการลงทุนใหม่ในต่างประเทศ - วิเคราะห์เพื่อการลงทุนทางธุรกิจ - ร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานต่างๆในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาศักยภาพทางธุรกิจ - อื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย Qualification: - Male / Female Age over 30 years old - Master degree or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields - At least 3 years working experiences in Business Development at least 5 years for Business Development Manager - Creative, Self-motivated with high degree of initiative and result-oriented - English proficiency and computer skill - Must possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment while possessing a sense of urgency - All Inspire Development Public Company Limited
