หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Report to: Managing Director, System Integration & BPO Business Unit www.chanwanich.tech New Digital Business Unit www.witsco.biz Subordinate: 3 persons (HRM & HRD) Employees: Approximately 150 persons Work location: Silom office Responsibilities - Lead HR Team to serve the needs of the business - Provide guidance to managers and employees on all aspects of the employee life cycle including but not limited to on-boarding, performance management, talent management, compensation and off-boarding - Manage the execution of human resources management and development frameworks to ensure alignment with corporate HR policies and standards - Work closely with relevant hiring managers to understand the needs of their departments and the requirements for talent that they are looking to fill - Develop and improve talent strategy that supports growth - Develop strategic HR policies and programs based on business requirement

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai nationality, 33-38 years old - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development - 10+ Years of working experience as HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition (3 years at a Senior Leader/Manager level) - Ability to speak and write in English fluently - Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices Experience with full-cycle recruiting (e.g. sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, etc.). - Experience in a tech-oriented environment, employer branding are preferred - Knowledge in labour laws - Effective interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills
