IT Process And QA Manager (Digital Platform)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Lead and manage all aspects of the quality control process for the organization. - Manage teams across one or more projects, programs or engagements. - Develop test plan and analyze testing activities to be ensure that quality requirements are being met. - Lead various types of testing including functional and automated testing - Communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirements - Work with business and development teams to understand product vision and requirement. - Perform data analysis, prepare test briefings, and write test reports (Test Results, Defects). - Monitor progress and report compliance through regular inspections - Participate in cooperate standards Tailor for projects as analyze Feedback from different parts of  the organization to improve standards - Advise Quality Assurance (Audit) team to audit against organization standard process **Knowledge & Experience in CMMI Level 3 , ISO 27001 (Required)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: - Thai nationality only - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science / IT or related fields. - Proficient and Experienced in Software Testing Processes / Test scenarios / Test Steps. - Strong ability to analyze project and design appropriate Test Cases. - Background in Application Testing, System Testing load test, stress test, performance test and /or Software Testing Methodologies would be an advantage. - Knowledge of SQL Statement, Store Procedure and Query would be a plus. - Experience in testing software developed in C#.NET would be advantageous. - Good command of English especially in reading and writing. - Able to work under pressure. - Experience and understand in Software Development Lifecycle (Iterative, Agile Methodology etc.) - Have Knowledge and understand in Software Testing Process & Testing Tools (Mantist) - Experience in Software Quality Assurance. - High responsibility. - Good communication skill and team working.
