หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Role and Responsibilities: •Establishing and managing a Data Center Operations Team responsible for the planning, installation, Troubleshoot, maintenance and operation of server hardware and supporting infrastructure at scale •Ensure team manages incidents, problems and changes to the service efficiently and effectively following the agreed and documented processes. •Monitors the Data Center infrastructure, to ensure responsiveness and availability is maintained in accordance with SLAs. •Lead employees in one or more of the following domains: windows, Cloud technology, ORACLE, SQL, Log Server, IIS, Backup, Firewall, Network. •Develop and implement process improvement to maximize service delivery and minimize costs. •Monitor all software and hardware product to ensure all activities related to analysis and implement all data center plans. •Perform troubleshoot on data center, identify issues and assist in timely resolution (SLAs). •Provide hands-on project management for strategic department-wide initiatives, inclusive of technology selection, effort, timeline, cost, resource allocation, system engineering, RFP/SOW creation, vendor selection/management, solution delivery, and implementation •Build a culture of pro-activity, business cooperation, continuous improvement, and exceptional service delivery Qualifications: •Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT Infrastructure support, troubleshooting, and operation. •Proficient on ITIL practices. •Experience transforming teams through technology, organization, culture, process, and business change management •Strong customer relationship and customer service skills •Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations •Hands-on leader, visionary, and problem solver with a passion for excellence •Communication skills, including negotiation skills to procure services and/or support from vendors and contractors. •Analytical skills for solving complex problems through both technology and leadership skills. •Excellent communication skills, both oral and in writing, in English.
