Assistant General Counsel

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Assist General Counsel in providing advice and counsel to business and operations team on proposed and existing local laws and regulations with emphasis on their impact on short term and long term strategic plans. - Prepare, review and advise on all contractual arrangements involving insurance transactions and operational matters. - Liaise with the officer of the Office of Insurance Commission and/or Ministry of Commerce as necessary. - Assist General Counsel in managing significant non-claim litigation as agreed with senior management. Coordinate with outside attorneys to define and implement strategy for litigation. Provide necessary information to outside attorneys and review pleadings, litigation strategy and strength of legal position. - Assist General Counsel in corporate secretary works. - Support HR on issues relating to employment law. - Provide legal assistance to claims department if necessary. - Support local General Counsel, both on routine and ad hoc operations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor or Master Degree in law • At least 3-5 years in legal fields. • Skill in computer program – Excel, Word, Power Points, etc • Good command in English
