Regional Export Sales Manager / Senior Executive – Asia Market

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Business Development & Market Expansion: Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients, importers, regional distributors, and F&B enterprise accounts across key Asian markets.
• Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international B2B buyers, F&B procurement teams, and regional distributors.
• Export & Regulatory Compliance: Oversee export processes, international trade documentation, and ensure full compliance with regional food safety regulations (e.g., Halal, FDA, GACC for China, custom clearance requirements).
• Strategic Sales Planning: Develop regional go-to-market strategies, sales forecasting, and commercial terms (Incoterms, payment terms) to achieve sales targets and maximize profit margins.
• Trade Fairs & Networking: Represent the brand at major international F&B trade exhibitions (e.g., THAIFEX, Foodex Japan, Gulfood) to generate high-value leads and expand industry networks.
• Support international clients and follow up on customer feedback.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing to support business growth.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related fields.
• 4–7+ years of proven experience in Export Sales / International BD within the F&B, Food Ingredients, FMCG, or Beverage industry in Asian markets.
• Strong existing network of F&B importers, distributors, and cafe chains in Asia.
• In-depth knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and regional food import regulations.
• Languages: Native-level Thai with Fluency in English.
• Excellent negotiation, commercial acumen, and strategic presentation skills.
• Ability to travel overseas for business trips (if required)
