Key Account Executive – Modern Trade & Strategic Partnerships

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Key Account Management - Manage and develop relationships with major modern trade customers. Serve as the primary contact for assigned key accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
• Sales & Business Development - Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability goals. Identify opportunities to expand product listings and distribution. Develop annual business plans and sales strategies for key accounts.
• Trade Promotion & Negotiation - Negotiate trading terms, promotional activities, and commercial agreements. Plan and execute sales promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns. Monitor promotion effectiveness and maximize ROI.
• Cross-functional Coordination - Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams. Ensure product availability, accurate forecasting, and smooth execution. Resolve customer issues and support business operations.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting - Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare sales forecasts, account reviews, and business reports. Provide recommendations to improve sales and account performance.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in Key Account Management, Modern Trade, or FMCG sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing major retail chains and modern trade customers.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with major retail chains such as Lotus's, Makro, Big C, Tops, Gourmet Market, The Mall Group, or convenience store channels.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, or consumer products industries.
• Ability to travel upcountry and attend customer meetings as required.
