International Export Sales Manager / Senior Executive – Europe & America Market

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Market Entry & Network Building: Formulate and execute market-entry strategies for Western markets; secure key accounts with premium importers, regional distributors, HoReCa groups, and major F&B manufacturers.
• Compliance & Food Safety Alignment: Work closely with R&D and QA teams to ensure all tea products meet European (EU Regulations, EFSA) and American (US FDA, Organic certifications, Non-GMO) food safety and labeling standards.
• End-to-End Export Execution: Negotiate commercial agreements, manage shipping logistics (FOB, CIF, DDP), international payment instruments (L/C, T/T), and export documentation.
• Brand Positioning & Value Proposition: Effectively communicate the unique origin, taste profiles, and yield advantages of our Oriental tea products to Western buyers and tea sommeliers.
• International Event Representation: Drive brand visibility by participating in premier Western F&B expos (e.g., Anuga, SIAL, World Tea Expo USA).

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related disciplines.
• 4–7+ years of solid track record in Export Sales / B2B Business Development in F&B, Specialty Food/Beverage, or Food Ingredients targeting Europe, the US, or Latin America.
• Demonstrated experience navigating Western food safety compliance, organic certifications, and customs requirements.
• Proven ability to close high-value B2B deals independently and build long-term international commercial partnerships.
• Languages: Professional/Native Fluency in English (written & spoken) is required. Additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are a plus.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for promoting authentic Oriental tea culture globally.
