หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: 1. HR Strategy, HR Vision and Deployment. 2. Manpower plan and Recruitment Strategy to Support Business Growth. 3. Develop the Performance Management system, ensuring manpower capabilities and goals are met. 4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. 5. Social Compliance Management System and Monitoring. 6. Talent and Succession Management. Compensation and Benefit Structure. 7. Strategy on Recruitment, Development and Retention to all entire Organization.. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HRM, HRD, Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive (Managerial experience is preferred at least 10 years ) 3. Excellent in English or Vietnam language. 4. Excellent in communication skills. Work under pressure. 5. Proactive and dynamic personality. 6. Creativities and Collaboration. 7. Location base in An Giang, Vietnam.
