English Language Instructor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• We are seeking a high-caliber English Language Instructor with strong Business Acumen to join our manufacturing organization. The successful candidate will not only teach English but will act as a communication coach, helping our team bridge the gap between language proficiency and operational excellence. You will play a key role in enhancing our professional communication within the manufacturing and supply chain context.
• Contextualized Instruction: Design and deliver English lessons specifically tailored for the manufacturing industry (e.g., Lean manufacturing terms, quality control discussions, safety protocols, and supply chain management).
• Business Communication: Focus on practical business skills, including professional emailing, conducting effective meetings, and delivering persuasive presentations to management.
• Needs Analysis: Conduct gap soul-searching to understand the specific communication pain points of different departments (HR, Production, Finance, etc.).
• Performance Coaching: Provide "real-world" feedback that helps staff communicate complex technical or business ideas clearly and concisely.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Language Proficiency: * Native Speakers: Must have a clear professional accent and a background in business environments. Thai Nationals: Near-native fluency (TOEIC 900+ / IELTS 7.5+) with a strong understanding of international business etiquette.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of English teaching experience, specifically within a corporate or industrial setting.
• Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations. Ability to understand KPIs, organizational structures, and the daily challenges of a manufacturing environment.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, professional maturity, and the ability to engage with everyone from operational staff to senior executives.
