หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description: - Drive sales growth with Key Customers. - Monitor and drive performance according to customer-imposed KPIs / Expectations. - Monitor and drive performance according to KPIs along with controlling budget. - Work together with HR, for human resource planning and development. - Set direction, targets and lead the following areas / departments which reporting directly under; product development, purchasing, and material planning and tracking. -Engage in relationship building with material vendors, along with monitoring and drive their performance on quality and delivery. - Coordinate with production directors to support material and data readiness before production starts. - Assure that customer’s direction and expectation are communicated thoroughly to everyone involved and implemented properly. - Act as a center of communication and oversee performance from End-to-End; from product development to shipment.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualification: - Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in any field. - High experience in senior positions in Sales (Experience in Manufacturing, B2B businesses is looked for, most preferably, in Garment/Fashion Industry). - Good leadership and interpersonal skills. - Ability to train and rotate people for different tasks. - Excellent team working attitude. - Highly proficient in spoken and written English
