หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide strategic plan for the growth and development of the language center
• Manage business operations to achieve agreed financial targets
• Achieve the highest level of student satisfaction through offering high quality courses, learning experience, student support, and customer service
• Manage teachers and provide necessary training in cooperation with the Academic department
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and customer service team to achieve KPI targets
• Manage the operations of AUA’s online and onsite course offering

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Strong background in business administration, business management, B2C, educational management etc. with continuing successful factors
• Strong leadership, management, communication, and problem solving skills
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar management role. Especially Sales & Operation in the education industry is preferred
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or any related fields.
• Communicate proficiently in both English and Thai is a must.
