หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Deal directly with customers either by telephone, e-mail and respond promptly to customer inquiries. 2. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution. 3. Process orders, forms, applications and requests. 4. Organize work flow to meet customer timeframes. 5. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints. 7. Maintain customer databases.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Thai Nationality only. 2. Good computer skill and abilities: MS Office and Internet. 3. Good responsibility and able to work under pressure. 4. Good English communication skill. 5. Can start work immediately.
