• To improve production process to achieve the target of productivity,quality,safety and cost reduction. • Provide process documentation and operating instructions. • Responsible related ISO systems and document control. • Involve EH&S Management. • Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers. • Explore new production possibilities to improve efficiency and productivity. Review all processes & equipment capabilities. Implement approved recommendations. • To prepare budgets on an annual basis covering all aspects of the department under your control with regard to both capital and revenue expenses. Upon agreement of said budget control expenses within agreed limits. • Ensure that the quality of products meets with the agreed standard; implement and maintain all relevant quality systems and procedures as laid down under the ISO 9000 Quality System. Responsible related quality issues, quality improvements, a quality reports, ISO systems and document control • Provide supervision and training to all production staff according to their functions and skills. Responsible for the provision of training programmes for employee safety, prevention and control of accidents, fire and first aid drills. • Prepare monthly production reports covering productivity by workers, units, and the whole operation; production figures; workforce; etc

Qualifications: • Age 36 years up • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial,Chemical Engineering or related field. • At least 3 Years Excellent technical skills, analytical thinker with interpersonal skills Familiarity with health and safety regulations Knowledge of ISO Systems • Experience in batch processes an advantage. • Good and computer literacy. • Strong in leadership, coaching and decision making skills. • Positive thinking, energetic , pro-active and a good team leader • Good cooperation and attitude to work with people as teamwork • Good team player and able to work on own initiative
