AR Accountant

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Process customer invoices and credit memos. 2. General accounts receivable activities include contract milestone tracking, monthly billing issues. 3. Maintain client payment knowledge and submit invoices via payment portals. 4. Process and applying daily cash receipts. 5. Monitor, maintain and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts. 6. Review accounts for accuracy and proper account setup. 7. Research and resolve billing disputes. 8. Follow-up calls to customers with past due balances. 9. Ensure the proper recording of all customer activity. 10. Identify issues and develop solutions related to accounts receivables activities and processes. 11.Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information. 12. Manage messenger daily tasks. 13. Responding for monthly Debtor report 14. Responding for new code of customer in Mac 5 system 15. Assist the Finance Manager with other duties as assigned.
