General Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• * Manage day to day operations ensuring operational best practice. * Improving revenue and facilitate the achievement of operational targets. * Lead and manage overall strategy, operational policies, business administration, sales and marketing plans, revenue generation plans, etc. * Provide direction to a team of people, training and motivating * Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics * P&L management, monitor budget and expenses report. * Drive the company’s operating capabilities and streamline business processes to align with company goals.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Female, age 28-38 years old. Bachelor's degree in any related field. Need experience at least 3 years in managerial role related field. Sales driven and result oriented person. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities. Possesses leadership and strategic planning. Skills in project management, well-manage multi projects/ assignments under constraints. Understanding of general finance and budgeting, profit and loss. Adaptable, fast learner, decisive person and proactive nature. Growth mindset, quick to fail and quick to learn Good command of English.
