Ground Operations Coordinator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Ground Operational services.
• Flight operational services.
• Working under supervision of HOC to coordinate the accommodation and transportation arrangements. for both outbound (OB) and inbound (IB) passengers.
• Perform driver duty and related functions when required within the scope of company’s business.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by HOC or the company from time to time.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in aviation management or related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations, safety procedures, and industry standards.
• Experience in customer service, flight operations, or ground handling.
• Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fair in English command both in writing and speaking.
• Fair in communication skills for both Thai and English.
• Good organizational and logistic skills.
• Safety and customer services-oriented mind.
• Smart personality with strong interpersonal skills with leadership.
• Able to work under pressure with good decision making.
