Operations Officer 1 (SO – Assistant Mgr.)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Routine conduct all day-to-day operational tasks of Business Partner & Merchant admin. & management and Customer Service support. - Working, cooperate, and correspondence with Business Partner, Merchant, Outsource Service Provider administration and support. - Support management and other units to provide quality and timeliness services.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin., Marketing, finance & Accounting, Law. - At least 5 – 7 years of relevant working experience, preferably in banking, non-bank and/or financial BD/marketing support, customer service, call center, back office operations with control awareness experience. - Driven by high performance standards, always expanding his/her business operations and controller tools, insights and techniques. - Analytical skills for identifying areas for alert and monitoring in pro-active working approach. - Able to work under pressure, deliver results and strictly follow deadlines. - Independent as well as a team player. - Must be well versed in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Good spoken and written English communication skill is a big plu
