• A) In the Internal Spare Parts Assistance process • Manage the stock of spare parts to ensure fast availability of parts for cars inside the workshop • Manage the stock of parts to ensure fast turnover and avoid excessive stockholding • Stock management: use location system in the warehouse area to quickly identify parts, perform periodical inventories, first in first out, hazardous items, shelf life items • Stock management: implement 5S approach on a periodical basis (minimum 2 times/year) to ensure stock items are properly stored • Manage the retail display stands with Ferrari merchandising • Manage the PHD ticket requests • Manage the stock of parts and submission of accurate data for the Dealer Composite Program • Drive understanding of Dealer Composite Program within Parts department • Implement stock ageing process (write down provision) • Knowledge of older cars B) In the External Spare Parts Assistance process • Manage the trade business to increase turnover • Provide parts technical assistance as required to trade customers C) In the Business Support process • Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet him • Provide marketing plans for Genuine Spare parts and Aftermarket Accessories • Manage the financial aspects of spare parts department • Manage additional staff in the spare parts department as required • Management of GAMA related marketing campaigns • Establish and enforce a pricing policy that balances volume, customer loyalty, and the cost of doing business • Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence • Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that may affect parts sales (where applicable) • Develop, enforce and monitor guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction • Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines
