Ferrari Store Manager / Assistant Manager

• Job Brief: We are an international brand for fashion accessories and gift retail store, Ferrari Store at Cavallino Motor Showroom, looking for capable for English speaking candidates Store Manager or Assistant Manager who is result driven and customer service skills to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitable goals, and manage staffs effectively. Candidates will have most success with background in fashion retail management and financial and employee recruitment skills. Store manager responsibilities include supervising sales representative team and report directly to Brand Manager. Responsibilities: 1. Develop store strategies to increase target market, expand store traffic and optimize profitability for both online and offline. 2. Plan merchandise and promotion campaign strategy to achieve sales target for both online and offline distributions. 3. Collaborate with cross functional team and e-commerce channel partners for sales event, promotion preparation and media campaign. 4. Managing the store operations, inventory control and scheduling of work ques for sales representatives 5. Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service. 6. Promote store promotions and continuous CRM into loyalty customer base. 7. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards-Monitor and report sales, buying trends, customer needs and competitors. 8. Build sales team, appraisals, and career path including training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store team. 9. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.) 10. Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance and other duties as store required
