• To answer the increasing need from South East Asia market, starting from 2017, Patek Philippe is establishing a second Institute in the Asia region, aiming to nurturing future watchmaking master for the regional markets such as Singapore, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Program Description We are hiring people from the following regions. Candidates must be citizen from the these countries / regions. ⦁ Hong Kong ⦁ Thailand ⦁ Singapore Apprenticeship Duration: Form End of 2017 to End of 2019 (exact date to be determined) Apprenticeship Location: Singapore (Patek Philippe will help successful candidate to secure working permit and documents in Singapore) After 2-year apprenticeship, apprentices have to go back to their home countries and region and work as a full time watch maker in the local customer service center. During the 2-year apprenticeship, you will receive ⦁ Systematic theoretical and technical training of premium watch making and repairing ⦁ Precious opportunity to work with the world’s most experienced watch makers ⦁ Opportunities to go to Switzerland headquarter to receive further trainings. After 2-year apprenticeship, apprentices would become a qualified Level-2 watchmaker within Patek Philippe. In addition, to ensure the apprentices to have a proper living in Singapore, Patek Philippe Institute provides the following during 2-year apprenticeship: ⦁ Competitive compensation package (Singapore standard) ⦁ Free accommodation in Singapore ⦁ Annual Leave ⦁ Other mandatory items requested by Singapore Labor Law Who we are looking for: ⦁ Passionate about precision watches. ⦁ Willing to take watchmaker as a long-term career ⦁ Able to conduct fine mechanical work. ⦁ Able to speak, read and write basic English. ⦁ Diligent, hardworking, and stable. ⦁ Detail oriented. ⦁ Quick and fast learners.
