หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Provides excellent direct and indirect customer service - Lead and develop team to deliver excellent customer service, meet operational standard, and achieve sales target on daily, monthly, and yearly targets. - Managing working rosters in order to assigns working shift, job duties, and to operates hours of operation for team members. - Executes reductions, price changes, transfers and cash register routines. - Works effectively with team members to ensure the selling floor and cash point.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience : 1-2 year experience in a retail service environment in a position of leaderships, management experience preferred Education : High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred Technical : Knowledge of ,and ability to use Microsoft Excel,Word,Power Point and Outlook Physical : Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff, maneuves sales floor, the ability to meet moderate stockroom lifting requirement, and store climbing requirements Schedule : Ability to work flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays
