Senior Learning Development Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Primary Purpose of the Role : - Drive Training & Development strategies and execution by designing, developing, implementing and evaluating field related training initiatives - Partner with retail leadership teams to develop training materials to enhance the performance of the retail staff and achieve business goals and organizational objectives Key Responsibilities : - Plan, organize and coordinate all aspects of training activities with internal and external parties in executing the retail training initiatives and curriculum - Design, develop and implement business-initiated training programs for retail frontline employees to achieve business goals and organizational objectives - Execute field training & coaching plans that are aligned with business strategies - Conduct store visits to ensure in-store training are being followed through and carry out - Monitor and evaluate the results, effectiveness and impact of the training courses through regular training evaluation reports - Modify, refine and update the training material content where appropriate in response to the market and organization evolving needs - Prepare, consolidate and analyze quantitative and qualitative reports and feedback surveys of the retail training programs, identify opportunities for next step action planning and follow up - Develop, track and maintain training records updated - Maintain up to date knowledge of best practices and industry trends as it relates to areas of responsibility - Perform other duties and take part in projects as assigned by supervisors/ management

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualification and Experience: - Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Development, Psychology, Business Administration or related disciplines - Proven track record of 2-3 years of training & development experience in course design, development & delivery preferably in retail / service industry - 2-3 years of front-line retail and/or service experience is preferable - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint); e-learning platform is an asset - Demonstrated skills & knowledge in training, coaching & adult learning - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Excellent command of English and Thai (in both written and spoken) - Ability to develop relationships and build rapport with employees at all levels - Overseas exposure is highly desirable
