Sites Project Supervisor (Urgent)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Need to handle Interior Working Plan & Execution at New Project Sites; to Plan - Manage and maintenance service also - Coordinate between Sites, Head office & Constructors - Set up budget and control Interior working quality to ensure that “Shop” will be completed as timeline schedule - The leader to control and manage the completion of the overall project, overseeing all aspects of design and construction projects from start to finish - Control the project for complete on schedule and on budget - Coordinate with the related sector in order to solve any problem affecting to project target and deadline - Follow-up and evaluate the progress of construction and regularly report to CEO, etc - Other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by CEO

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related filed - At least 5 years of Site Working Experience, if experienced in Fashion Shop Site Controlling will be advantage - Able to read AutoCAD in English Version - Good command in Thai & English (Reading, Writing & Speaking) - Computer skills. MS. Office & Auto CAD & Sketch up - Dynamic, Can do attitude & able to work under pressure with super minimal vision - Good organizing, managing, communication skills with result orientated under tight timeline - Valid driver license and have own transportation will be advantage - Able to travel and work upcountry
