หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all restaurant operations - Create a system of rules and regulations for restaurant employees. - Coordinate with the executive chef, service team and management team. - Create training programs for personnel new service employee - Satisfy customers in every aspect of the restaurant - Manage equipment in the restaurant: assess the need for raw materials, beverages, and other product stocks. - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to oversee purchasing order - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for the management. - Responsible for petty cash, bills and invoices. - Coordinate human resources works: recruiting and evaluating the performance of employees in the establishment. - Perform other duties as assigned by the GM.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: - Graduated with a bachelor's degree. - Minimum 2 Years at management level. - Good command of computer skills such as Excel and MS Word programs. - Able to work under pressure and multitasks. - Good people management and interpersonal skills.
