หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and plans to elevate the brand's presence and drive customer loyalty. 2.Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, fashion trends, and competitive positioning. 3.Define and maintain the brand's positioning, identity, and voice across all channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values. 4.Establish brand performance, cost and price structure and sales target. 5.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, design, retail operations, and e-commerce, to ensure brand alignment and integration. 6.Manage brand partnerships and collaborations, including negotiations, contract management, and activation planning. 7.Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. 8.Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions 9.Analyze sells by stores to improve weak points and increase stores’ performance. 10.Analyze & select brands / products to create new opportunity and variety of stores 11.Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, influencers, and media. 12.Stay updated on fashion industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and leverage insights to drive brand innovation and growth. 13.Others tasks as assigned.
