• Provides excellent direct and indirect customer service according to TAG HEUER service
• Lead and develop team to deliver excellent customer service, meet operational standard, and achieve sales target on daily, monthly, and yearly targets
• Managing working rosters in order to assigns working shift, job duties, and to operates hours of operation for team members
• Executes reductions, price changes, transfers and cash register routines. Works effectively with team members to ensure the selling floor and cash point
