หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: - Processing vendor invoices and employee expenses through SAP B1 system in a timely manner and ensure all recorded efficiently and accurately. - Verifying expenses for cash advance and clear cash advance. - Recording for petty cash reimbursement and verifying documentation. - Preparing and validating support documents as proof of such compliance base on policy and proper internal control - Preparing VAT and WHT report (PND.3,53 and PP.30) - Follow up original tax invoice from vendor to be filing in time - Assisting for month-end closing and Year-end closing - Reconciling account payable , related or assigned account - Other jobs as assigned Qualifications: - Male/Female, age not over 30 years, - Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field - At least 2 years of working experience in Account payable - Proficient in computer literacy especially MS Excel, SAP B1 system is preferable. - Good knowledge of VAT ,WHT and negotiation skills - Ability to work in multi-task for supporting the manager - Able to work under pressure to meet the deadline Experience in Retail Business is an advantage.
