หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Manage the overall accounting activities, including AR, AP, Inventory, FA, and GL.
Supervise a talented Accounting Team of 4 individuals.
Ensure compliance with local rules and regulations, finalizing the General Ledger/Monthly closing on time.
Streamline expense claims, PR/PO approvals, and Inter-Company Account reconciliation
Prepare accurate financial information for regulatory filings.
Collaborate with the external auditor to ensure smooth annual and half-yearly audits.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee timely payments.
Proactively follow up on overdue accounts receivable.
Liaise with the bank on various financial matters.
Expertly handle tax-related tasks, including monthly tax forms, employee income tax, and VAT refund.

Oversee and manage all aspects of general accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
Lead the month-end closing process and prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports
Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standard
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall company goals and objectives.
Mentor and guide the accounting team, fostering their professional growth.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
Monitor and analyze accounting data, producing insightful financial reports.
