Site Manager (Guardforce)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Be responsible for supervising on-site staff, especially new security personnel to make sure that they are all performing in accordance with the Company’s business image, policies, rules, regulations, and service standard/standing orders. -Assign security personnel their functions and responsibilities at the client’s site and make sure that all are treated equally and fairly. -Ensure all on-site security equipment are in good working condition. -Make timely and prompt reports to the Control Room, Inspector, Area Manager, and Branch Manager as appropriate on any on-site situations/ developments/changed circumstances and provides plans/ recommendation when needed. -Coordinate with the Control room on security personnel shortages in order to deploy manpower in time and properly. -Understands and ensures all on-site equipment and electronic security systems are in good condition and operated smoothly. -Act as the representative of the Company in working with the client or the client’s representative, also makes daily reports to the client about the on-site situation in both written and verbal reports. -Act as a linkage between on-site security personnel and SP management in order to upwards and downwards deliver complaint, information, and instruction to/from and is aware of any and all welfare issues making sure they are resolved. -Be responsible for making every effort to retain and recruit staff and to report any acts of wrong-doing, coercion, etc by any person to Head Office. -Work on behalf of Guardforce, and work at the client's office.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -A minimum of 1 year of experience in security/service provider business. -A minimum of 2 years of experience as supervisor/manager. -Good English communications and computer competencies. -Leadership, positive attitude, ethics. -Customer-oriented, detailed, well-organized. -Adaptability, teamwork, communications. -Problem-solving and making decisions, analytical thinking.
