Security Site Coordinator (Location: ระยอง) Contract 9 months

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for the REB Communication Center and coordinate security-related activities under advisory of the Shift Security Officer Monitor and maintain records of the Company CCTV system, including reporting system faults and abnormalities Operate and coordinate the Access Control System, including personnel document verification and ID badge processing Operate and coordinate the Access Control System, including personnel document verification and ID badge processing Respond to Company emergency situations and perform assigned duties in the REB Communication Center in accordance with emergency procedures Assist the Shift Security Officer in security operations and follow up on assigned tasks Prepare Access Control, CCTV, alarm, incident, and other security reports as required Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable requirements, including the Personal Data Protection Act, B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA) Perform other security-related duties as assigned Maintain security-related accounts, financial records, expense records, and supporting documents, and coordinate with relevant functions for verification and processing

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in any field Minimum 5 years of security experience will be an advantage Minimum age 25 years old Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet applications English proficiency at TOEIC 450–600 or equivalent Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, alarm systems, and emergency response is preferred Good communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills Able to work under pressure and in shifts if needed
