Aviation Trainer (Guardforce AV)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Support the entire operations and also in the training part e.g. training file, training program, training year plan, training workshop.
• Prepared for training document for auditor, conducted training for all supervisor and all staff which helped the team to meet the requirement of CAAT
• Manage the designated Area Manager team, providing day-to-day support, guidance, monitoring and motivation, induction, and training/development as required.
• Assist and Support in acquiring Operation Manager total security sales and service strategies to meet organizational and business objectives.
• Develop and implement total security sales and service strategies to meet organizational and business objectives.
• Manages and improves business relations with all clients and targets new clients/sales opportunities.
• Supports and monitors functions planned by Head Office such as Training Programs, Recruitment and retention Schemes, Performance Evaluation, Policies and procedures, Sales and Services, and other relevant assignments.
• Acts as the representative of the Company in dealing with the client or the client's representative in terms of business transactions/relationships.
• Achieves the aviation sales target, the assigned areas, as planned quarterly/yearly.
• Ensures Supervisor work as directed.
• Report in a timely fashion to the Operations Manager any on-site situation and provide plans, recommendations, and reports when needed.
• Coordinates with the Administration Officer on any business documentation.
• Plan the recruitment process in order to fulfill and strengthen his/her area aviation manpower.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience in Aviation will be an advantage.
• A degree in General Management is required/preferred or A minimum 5 years of security/aviation/operation/service knowledge, skills
• Good English communication and computer competencies.
