หัวหน้าช่างเทคนิค (Technical Supervisor)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Performs technical/ service tasks on-site (if required) under the direction and supervision of the General Manager in order to meet the objectives of on-site ES service and maintenance. 2. Visits, as scheduled, customers’ sites (if required) in order to deliver service assignments. 3. Ensures of planned ES service schedule/activities are completed in time (ensure procurement and timely deliveries of spare parts/services). 4. Develops business relations with all clients and discusses clients’ security needs and recommends proper solutions and services. 5. Provide efficient technical problem solving to on call and maintenance contract customer (provides technical advice and service; resolve day to day technical problems). 6. Equipment hardware and software fault clearance/fault report (ongoing-pending-completed). 7. Failure analysis: providing of all maintenance information for failure analysis, monitoring failure trends, creating failure report. 8. Liaise with engineer regarding all matters relating to service/technical support. Coordinate technical support with internal/external interface customers/partners. 9. Support administrative tasks (Filing system, service documentation including ACE documents). 10. Response to customer calls/inquiries. 11. Visits metropolitan and up-country on-site, be prepared to work additional hours/ emergency anywhere within the area of responsibility of the Company as may be needed from time-to-time. 12. Tests and conducts periodic checks on security systems and personal equipment for a safety purpose. 13. The position is accountable for implementing assigned responsibilities and activities to attain ACE goals and objectives (such as set up/implement standardized service and maintenance administration documents/procedures).

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -A diploma or degree (vocational or higher) in Electrical/Electronics is required/preferred. -A minimum 3 years of electronic security knowledge, skills, experience in electronic security industry/companies/organizations. -Able to work well under pressure and tight/urgent schedule assigned. -Good interpersonal & communication skills and able to work upcountry. -Good English communications and computer competencies. -Customer-oriented, detailed, well-organized and independent ability. -Adaptability, Analytical Thinking, Teamwork, Communications, Listening and Ethics.
