หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Supports the changes e.g. preparation roster of the staff and control, passes a lot of audits from all airline customers, and always helps the team to succeed in all tasks. fixed problems in the operations and also met with customers, a new role is supposed to help strengthen the quality of Aviation operation
Manages the designated Area Manager team, providing day-to-day support, guidance, monitoring and motivation, induction, and training/development as required.
2. Assist and Support in acquiring Operation Manager total security sales and service strategies to meet organizational and business objectives.
3. Develop and implement total security sales and service strategies to meet organizational and business objectives.
4. Manages and improves business relations with all clients and targets new clients/sales opportunities.
5. Supports and monitors functions planned by Head Office such as Training Programmes, Recruitment and Retention Schemes, Performance Evaluation, Policies and Procedures, Sales and Services, and other relevant assignments.
6. Acts as the representative of the Company in dealing with the client or the client's representative in terms of business transactions/relationships.
7. Achieves the aviation sales target, within the assigned areas, as planned quarterly/yearly.
8. Ensures Supervisor work as directed.
9. Reports in a timely fashion to the Operations Manager any on-site situation and provides plans, recommendations, and reports when needed.
10. Coordinates with the Administration Officer on any business documentation.
11. Plans recruitment process in order to fulfill and strengthen his/her area aviation manpower.
