• Job summary We are looking for a young talented team leader who is passionate about technology and launching product innovation with a customer centric mindset. The successful candidate should be best at leading the team and communicating with the ability to influence and inspire surrounding people to drive a most suitable project at the right time . Job Responsibilities: ● Lead and manage the team, including digital product owners and business analysts. ● Responsible for end-to-end launch of digital products starting from researching market environment, identifying business needs, refining product backlogs, planning product milestones, and collecting product feedback. ● Initiate and work collaboratively with stakeholders and the team to develop a product roadmap. ● Develop and maintain product journey efficiency and product measurement to ensure the performance of delivered products. Qualifications: ● At least 2 years of experience as a product owner, product delivery, or any digital products related fields, preferably including at least 1 year in a leadership role. ● Ability to thrive in a fast paced working environment and work under pressure. ● Strong leadership and good stakeholder management. ● Basic understanding of financial products. ● Have past experience in financial sector is a plus.
