• This position is for a Project Leader (Agile Scrum Master) to help our development teams adhere to the methodology of agile software development, while encouraging growth through developing meaningful relationships and trust. We are looking for an effective and results oriented scrum master or project Leader that understands the work being done by our team(s) and contributes to the optimization of their delivery flow. As the facilitator, you will participate in the scrum ceremonies; sprint planning, stand-up, sprint review, and the sprint retrospective. If you are a Project Manager with a passion for Agile or a Scrum Master with good project management skills and who can drive success, we are looking for you! We encourage none to low experience (least than 2 years experience) with passion to apply. Higher experience will not be on shortlisted. Job Responsibilities ● Proactively work with developers and product owners who are focused on architecture and design of new software and features. ● During two week Agile Sprints, you’ll provide support to the Scrum team through a servant leadership style, including facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. ● Guiding and supporting Scrum teams towards self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks. ● Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization, and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization. ● Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving. ● Facilitating and monitoring the progress of the sprint commitment without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work. ● Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information. ● Supporting, educating, and collaborating with the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining (grooming) and managing the product backlog. ● Track project costs in order to meet budget. ● Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. ● Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. ● Report and escalate to management as needed. Qualifications ● Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of education and experience. ● At least 1 year experience or more years working as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or Project Coordinator. ● Scrum Master Certification (CSM) – is a plus. ● Experience working with a software development team is a plus. ● An understanding of Agile methodologies, values, procedures and ceremonies. ● Strong skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. ● Knowledge of well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: Burndown techniques, Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.) ● Proficient in computer literacy (Especially; What-if, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formula is a plus)
