หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Responsibilities ● Coordinate between the Hiring Managers, the Head of People and the CEO to ensure the validity and quality of the Personnel Requisition process. ● Source both active and passive candidate through various available channels to find the right candidates. ● Conduct phone screenings and organizing interviews with hiring managers and related parties including peers and CEO. ● Interview candidates to analyze core competencies and personality, intelligence, and culture fit. ● Explore and develop new sourcing channels to widen the company's talent pool. ● Formulate partnership with university to be the top-ranked employer. ● Coordinate and organize job fair activities with universities, the department of employment and other applicable locations. ● Create and take part in the company’s Employer Branding Strategies. ● Prepare and Maintain recruitment report dashboard to ensure the headcount is reasonable.

• ● Any genders ● Bachelor’s Degree in any field. ● Not over 2 years experienced in recruitment fields. (New graduates are highly encouraged to apply) ● Good communication and interpersonal skills and teamwork player. ● Energetic, well organized and result oriented. ● High analytical and negotiation skills. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, is highly preferred. ● Able to multitask and work well under pressure within deadline.
